I understand there is no "One Size Fit All" and try to provides personalized support and guidance, so one can get the treatment they need to move forward in life.
Though I use multiple techniques from various Therapeutic approaches, My Area of expertise and most commonly used techniques are Free Association, CBT, Transactional analysis, Cognitive Drill Therapy, Systematic Desensitization, Mindfulness Practice, Relaxation Training,Etc.
